Come back any Monday–Thursday in September and give it to your server before you order — they open it at the table so you know your reward first, and you redeem it that same visit. Some rewards require a qualifying purchase (shown on the reward inside).

What’s the grand-prize giveaway?

How do I get entered? Do I need to buy anything?
No purchase necessary. Being a Tap Room Loyalty member by August 23 is the only requirement, and it doesn’t matter when you joined — members who signed up years ago are entered on the same basis as someone joining today. One entry per person, and how much you spend has no effect on your odds.
When do you pick the winner?
The drawing is on or about August 28. We’ll reach out to the winner directly using the contact info on their loyalty account, so it’s worth making sure yours is current.
How do the 2x and 3x points days work?
On Tuesday 8/18 you earn double points and on Saturday 8/22 you earn triple points on your whole order — no minimum, nothing to redeem. Just make sure your loyalty account is on the check (or you’re logged in online) so the points land.
How do I get a mystery envelope?
Spend $15 or more on any dine-in visit during Loyalty Week (Aug 17–23) and your server hands you one — one per check, every visit. Dine-in only.
When and how do I open it?
Bring it back sealed any Monday–Thursday in September and give it to your server before you order. They open it at the table so you know your reward first, and you redeem it that same visit — it can’t be saved for later. Some rewards require a qualifying purchase, shown on the reward inside.
Does everyone really win?
Yes. Every envelope has a reward inside — a free entrée, appetizer, dessert, side, or drink, each with its own simple terms. You just won’t know which until your server opens it at the table.
Is the mystery envelope the grand prize?
No, they’re separate. The envelope is a guaranteed reward you earn by dining in during Loyalty Week. The grand prize is a free drawing you’re entered in just by being a loyalty member — there’s no grand prize inside any envelope.
Can I get an envelope with an online or delivery order?
The mystery envelope is dine-in only. Loyalty Week’s daily deals are available dine-in and on the Tap Room app or order.taproomofny.com, but the envelope is a dine-in reward. Offers aren’t valid on third-party delivery.
