Giveaway Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open only to those who are at least 21 years of age as of the date of entry. Employees of Tap Room Rockville Centre, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the contestant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules and represents that they meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Entry Period: Entries can be submitted from the time the giveaway is announced. The entry window for each show will close on Monday, October 2 at midnight. All entries must be received before this cutoff to be eligible for that show’s prize.

4. How to Enter: The giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on the Tap Room Rockville Centre website. The entry must fulfill all giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize for the specific show.

5. Prizes: The winner(s) for each show will receive (4) wristbands that will entitle them to participate in a 1-hour open bar from 9:30pm–10:30pm. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners for each show will be determined as the first 50 people to enter, under the supervision of Tap Room Rockville Centre. The winners will be acknowledged in person immediately upon entry. Tap Room Rockville Centre shall have no liability should a participant fail to be amongst the first 50 entrants or fail to be present at the time of entry.

7. Rights Granted by You: By entering this content, you understand that Tap Room Rockville Centre, anyone acting on behalf of Tap Room Rockville Centre, or its respective licensees, successors, and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review, or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the giveaway, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes.

8. Terms & Conditions: Tap Room Rockville Centre reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Tap Room Rockville Centre’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway.

9. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Tap Room Rockville Centre and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not.

10. Disputes: This giveaway is governed by the laws of New York, without respect to its conflict of law doctrines.

11. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Tap Room Rockville Centre website.
