GET LUCKY PROMOTION — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective: March 1, 2026

1. Promotion Period

The Get Lucky promotion (“Promotion”) runs from March 1, 2026 through March 31, 2026 at all nine (9) participating Tap Room locations in New York. The redemption period for all prizes and promotional offers is April 1, 2026 through April 30, 2026.

2. Eligibility

This Promotion is available to guests who place qualifying first-party orders during the Promotion Period. A “qualifying first-party order” includes any dine-in visit or any takeout or delivery order placed directly through taproomofny.com or the Tap Room mobile app. Orders placed through third-party delivery platforms (including but not limited to Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub) are not qualifying orders and are not eligible for promotional offers or prizes.

3. Promotional Offers & Prizes

Free Appetizer Voucher

Available to every qualifying first-party order during the Promotion Period.
Redeemable for one (1) free appetizer item at any Tap Room location or through online ordering at taproomofny.com or the Tap Room mobile app.
The Appetizer Sampler is excluded from this offer.
Minimum purchase of $15.00 required for redemption.
Limit one (1) voucher per order.
Cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions, including the $25 Tap Room Cash certificate.
Voucher has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash.
Valid for redemption April 1–30, 2026 only. Vouchers not redeemed by April 30, 2026 will be void.
Online vouchers (codes LUCKYA26 and LUCKYC26) are limited to one-time use per guest and are enforced automatically at checkout.
Dine-in vouchers (GL-B and GL-D) must be presented to your server at the time of redemption. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

$25 Tap Room Cash Certificate

Randomly distributed to select qualifying first-party orders during the Promotion Period according to a pre-determined schedule.
Redeemable for up to $25.00 off a single dine-in check at any Tap Room location.
Dine-in redemption only. Not valid for online or takeout orders.
Discount cannot exceed the total check amount. No cash or credit will be issued for any unused portion.
Cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions, including the free appetizer voucher.
Certificate has no cash value and is not redeemable for cash.
Limit one (1) certificate per table per visit.
Valid for redemption April 1–30, 2026 only. Certificates not redeemed by April 30, 2026 will be void.
Must be presented to your server at the time of redemption. Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced.
Redemption is subject to manager verification.

Grand Prize — Free Tap Room for a Year

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded during the Promotion Period.
Prize consists of a single electronic gift card valued at $600.00, valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance.
Redeemable at any Tap Room location for dine-in, takeout, or delivery orders placed through taproomofny.com or the Tap Room mobile app.
Gift card is non-transferable and is intended for the winner’s personal use only. Do not share your redemption code with others.
Gift card may not be redeemed for cash, resold, or applied to third-party delivery orders.
Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes.
Winner may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release.

4. Redemption Rules — General

All promotional offers and prizes are valid at any of the nine (9) participating Tap Room locations.
Redemption period is April 1–30, 2026 unless otherwise specified.
Offers and prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Offers and prizes are non-transferable.
Tap Room reserves the right to refuse redemption if fraud or misuse is suspected.
Redemption is subject to availability. Menu items and prices may vary by location.
Promotional offers do not apply to alcohol purchases where prohibited by law.
Tap Room reserves the right to modify menu items eligible for redemption at any time.

5. Third-Party Delivery Orders

Orders placed through third-party delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and similar services) are not eligible for any promotional offers or prizes under this Promotion. Third-party delivery guests may receive informational marketing materials encouraging them to order directly from Tap Room. These materials do not constitute a prize, offer, or guarantee of any kind.

6. Voucher and Certificate Conditions

Vouchers and certificates are printed materials. Photocopies, screenshots, or digital reproductions will not be accepted for dine-in redemption.
Online promo codes are single-use and are tracked electronically. Attempts to use a code more than once will be declined.
Tap Room is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed vouchers or certificates.
Void if altered, forged, or tampered with in any way.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any voucher or certificate prior to redemption.

7. Modification and Cancellation

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion or any promotional offer at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to honor offers already distributed. Any changes will be posted at taproomofny.com/getlucky.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in this Promotion or the redemption or use of any promotional offer or prize, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at taproomofny.com/privacy.

10. Sweepstakes

The $25 Tap Room Cash certificate and Grand Prize elements of this Promotion constitute a sweepstakes governed by separate Official Rules, available at taproomofny.com/getlucky/rules. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win the sweepstakes. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall govern with respect to the sweepstakes elements of the Promotion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York.
